This technology along with their Interpretation Library has given them uncontested market space in the oil & gas industry’s title management arena. It’s worth about $35k per transaction and removes the risk of an error for any mineral buyer or E&P company who chooses to employ the Tracts app.
The problem is that very few of their target market know about it.
As you can imagine, the list of things to do for Tracts was as long as Andre the Giant’s arm. There were systems to put in place, messaging to serialize, and content to post across all channels — including email, blog and social media.
